• Began the season and her college career with a second-place finish in the 4X400m relay (3:57.61) and a fourth-place finish in the 800m (2:15.46) at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational 
• Placed second in the 800m with a time of 2:15.21 at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge 
• Took third in the 4X400 (3:41.99) and 47th in the 800m (2:19.49) at the Dr Sander Columbia Challenge
• Ran a 2:09.38, placing 15th in the 800m at the Iowa State Classic 
• Competed at the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships where she placed sixth in the 4X400m relay (3:44.25) and eighth in the 800m (2:09.00)

Outdoor

• Clocked a 2:09.31 placing 22nd in the 800m at the Stanford Invitational 
• Finished sixth in the 800m (2:12.20) at the Oregon Pepsi Invitational 
• Placed 21st with a career-best time of 2:08.56 in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational 
• Took seventh in the 800m (2:14.65) at the BYU Cougar Invitational 
• Competed at the NCAA West Preliminary Round where she placed 37th overall in the 800m with a time of 2:10.79

Indoor

• Started the season with a first-place finish and personal-best time (1:14.82) at the BYU Indoor Invitational
• Earned a career best in the 400m (56.62) in the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge
• Placed eighth out of 43 entries in the 800m with a personal-best time of 2:07.96 at the Husky Classic
• Competed in five meets during the 2020 indoor season

Indoor

• Finished runner-up in the 800m at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, setting a personal best with a time of 2:01.96 and earning First Team All-American honors
• Her time in the 800m put her at second all-time in BYU indoor 800m history
• Competed in five meets during the 2022 season

Outdoor

• Placed 18th in the 800m at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, earning Honorable Mention All-American honors
• Raced in the 800m at the NCAA West Preliminary, finishing fourth in the first round and sixth in the quarterfinal with a time of 2:03.01 to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships
• Competed on the 4x400m relay squad at the NCAA West Preliminary that finished 14th with a time of 3:34.94
• Member of the DMR team that set a school record at the Penn Relays, running a 10:50.22 to win the first Penn wheel in BYU history
• Raced on the 4x800m team at the Penn Relays that set a school record with a time of 8:28.34
• Ran the fifth-fastest 400m time in school history, a new personal best time of 53.69, at the Bryan Clay Invitational
• Set a new personal best in the 1500m at the Stanford Invitational, clocking a 4:20.78

  • Made third-consecutive indoor nationals appearance in 2023 with qualifying time of 2:02.75 at the Ken Shannon Last Chance Invitational in Seattle on Feb. 25.

  • Posted a BYU No. 1 all-time finish in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational (2:00.04)
