    • Two U.S. Olympic Trial qualifiers

  • Competed in the heptathlon at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.

BYU Track and Field Career (1994-98)

  • Three-time national champion
    • 1998 Heptathlon 
    • 1997 Heptathlon
    • 1997 Indoor 55m Hurdles 
  • 10-time All-American 
  • Nine-time WAC Champion
  • Helped BYU to nine WAC team titles. 
  • Women's indoor 55m hurdles NCAA record holder (7.30 at WAC Championships on February 20, 1997). 
  • Still holds BYU school records in:
    • 60m Hurdles (8.08, 1998)
    • 55m Hurdles (7.30, 1997)
    • 100m Hurdles (12.72, 1997)
    • Heptathlon (6211, 1997)
  • Still holds two outdoor WAC Championship Meet records as well as two overall WAC records. 
  • Her national-title winning heptathlon mark of 6211 still ranks 12th all-time in NCAA history. 

High School Career

  • Prepped at Pine View High School
  • Three-time High School All-American
  • Won seven Utah state high school titles.
  • Three-time USA Junior Nationals qualifier.
