• Conference champion diver
• Three-time all-conference diver
• Two-time all-area diver of the year for the Reporter Herald
• AAU National Champion in 3 meter in 2013
• Was a three-time all-state wrestler
• Three-time all-conference wrestler
• Three-time all-area wrestler of the year for the Reporter Herald

• Parents are Chad and Lori Williams
• Has three siblings
• Born in Denver, Colo. 
• Swam club for Fort Collins Dive Club under coach Kevin Witt
• Was recruited by Air Force Academy, Colorado Mesa College, Western College and Cornell University
• Won the regional wrestling tournament in high school with a broken foot
• Is an eagle scout
• Serving in Chiclayo Peru mission
