    • Finished first in the javelin at the NCAA West Preliminary with a mark of 57.25m/187-10, qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships
    • Set a school record in the javelin at the BYU Robison Invitational with a mark of 60.36m/198-0.5, a mark that also remained at No. 1 in the nation throughout the season
