• Finished 2nd in the 500m at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational, running it in a person-best time of 1:16.56
• Placed 1st in the 4x400 relay at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational

Outdoor

• 6th place in the 400m run at the UVU Collegiate Invitational 
• Finished 2nd in the 400m, 1st on the 4x400m relay team and 9th in the 200m run at the Utah State Mark Faldmo Invitational
• Came in 1st on the 4x400m relay team and 13th in 400m run at the BYU Robison Invitational 

Indoor

• Began the season placing first in the 4X400 relay (3:52.05), first in the 300m with a career-best time of 40.10 and third in the 60m with a career-best time of 7.81 at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational 
• Competed at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge where she placed first in the 4X400yd relay with a time of 3:48.67 and third in the 400m with a time of 56.72
• Placed third in the 4X400 relay (3:41.99) and 23rd in the 200m (24.98) at the Columbia Challenge
• Finished second in the 4X400 (3:44.29), fifth in the 400m (55.87) and eighth in the 200m (25.16)
• Competed in the MPSF Indoor Track & Field Championships where she placed sixth overall in the 4X400 relay (3:44.25), 21st in the 400m (56.21), and 39th in the 200m (25.21)

Outdoor

• Earned USTFCCCA All-America honorable mention at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships by placing 20th overall in the 4X400 relay with a time of 3:39.14
• Started the season placing fourth in the 4X400 relay (3:46.02), eighth in the 4X100 (47.05) and 16th in the 200m (24.85) at the USC Trojan Invitational
• Took fifth in the 4X400 relay with a time of 3:41.86 at the Home Depot Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays 
• Competed at the Oregon Pepsi Invitational where she finished third in the 4X100 relay (45.71), fifth in the 400m (57.01) and tenth in the 200m (25.26)
• Placed third in the 4X400 relay with a time of 3:38.34 and 22nd in the 400m with a time of 55.45 at the Mt. SAC Relays 
• Finished second in the 400m with a career-best time of 55.37 at the BYU Robison Invitational 
• Ran a 55.48 in the 400m, placing second in the Sacramento State Open
• Took second in the 200m with a career-best time of 24.50m, first in the 4X400 relay (3:53.82) and first in the 4X400 relay (45.28)
• Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary Round and advanced to the NCAA Championships after finishing 12th overall in the 4X400 relay (3:36.82)

Indoor

• Started the season placing first in the 300m after running a career-best time of 39.69 at the BYU Cougar Indoor
• Placed first and ran in the season-leading time 4x440 yards (3:46.04) at the Air Force Team Challenge
• Competed in the MPSF Indoor Championships where she ran season-bests in the 400m (56.08) and the 4x400 (3:42.14)
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 indoor season 

Outdoor

• Competed in the season-leading 4x100m (44.95), 4x200m (1:35.99) and 4x400m (3:37.85) relays at the NCAA West Prelims, Texas Relays and Robison Invite, respectively
• Ran a season best in the 200m (24.80) at the BYU Cougar Invitational
• Competed in eight meets during the 2019 outdoor season

Indoor

• Started the season with a third-place finish and career-best time in the 60m (7.81) at the BYU December Invite
• Finished first in the 4x440 yard relay (3:54.25) and earned the sixth-fastest time in the NCAA
• Ran in the season-leading 4x400 relay (3:43.46) at the MPSF Indoor Championships
• Competed in seven meets during the 2020 indoor season
