• Took first place at the Air Force Invitational in the long jump with a 7.29m and fourth place at the UW Invitational with a 7.14m.
• Set a new personal record in the 60-meter hurdles at the BYU December Invite with a time of 8.40
• At the Iowa State Classic, took second overall in the long jump with a 7.06m
• Took 12th place in the triple jump and ninth in the long jump at the MPSF Indoor Championships with marks of 13.64m and 7.16m, respectively

Outdoor

• Set a new personal best in the triple jump at the Trojan Invitational with a 14.13m mark and a new personal record of 7.37m in the long jump at the Faldmo Invitational

Indoor

• Set a 60m hurdles career-high in the preliminaries with a time of 8.20 before running an 8.22 to win the BYU December Invite's 60m hurdles. Jumped 7.34m to take second in the long jump and took third in the triple jump with a mark of 13.57m
• Took second in the long jump (7.07m) as well as fourth in both the triple jump (13.56m) and 60m hurdles (8.32) at the Cougar Indoor Invitational
• Placed fourth in the long jump (7.32m) at the Air Force Team Challenge and 11th in the 60m hurdles (8.47)
• Finished eighth at the Columbia Challenge in both the 60m hurdles (8.29) and long jump (7.13m)
• Ran an 8.25 to place second in the 60m hurdles at the Bronco Challenge while finishing third in the long jump (6.94m)
• Ended the indoor season with a 16th-place finish at the MPSF Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles (8.49)

Outdoor

• Won the long jump with a career-best 7.50m mark at the Sacramento State Open and took sixth in the 110m hurdles final (14.77)
• Clocked a personal-best 14.52 in the 110m hurdles at the Robison Invitational while also finishing fourth in the long jump (7.44m)
• Took fourth place overall at the Aztec Invitational in the long jump (7.39m)
• Competed in the long jump and 100m at the UVU Collegiate Invitational finishing second (7.24m) and sixteenth (11.22), respectively
• Scored for BYU at the Pepsi Invitational with a third-place finish in the long jump (7.12m) and a sixth-place finish in the 110m hurdles (14.85 - wind)

Indoor

• Won the long jump with a season-best mark of 7.17m/23-6.25 at the BYU December Invite while also clocking a career-best 7.13 in the 60m dash
• Won the long jump competition at the BYU Cougar Indoor (7.13m/23-4.75) and Air Force Indoor Team Challenge (7.12m/23-4.5)
• Competed in five meets during the 2019 indoor season
