1994 Utah Junior Golfer of the Year and member of the Junior Americas Cup Team ... graduate of Gunnison Valley High School ... competed on the boys' golf team ... as a prep senior, moved to Bountiful High School and played on the boys' golf team ... won eight junior tournaments in 1994 ... placed fifth in the Utah State Women's Amateur and was 16th of 80 players in the Girls Junior Americas Cup on the Waikaloa course in Hawaii ... All-State in basketball for two years ... named Prep of the Week by the Salt Lake Tribune ... earned four letters in basketball and one in tennis.
