• Took second place at the Air Force Invitational in the weight throw with a new personal best of 18.47m and also set a new record in the shot put of 14.64m
• Placed eighth overall at the MSPF Championships in the weight throw with a 18.31m mark

Outdoor

• Set a personal best of 58.14m in the hammer at the Oxy Invitational and took second place overall
• Placed sixth in both the discus throw and the hammer throw with marks of 49.68m and 57.81m, respectively, at the Trojan Invitational
• Set a new personal best in the discus at the with a mark of 50.55m at the Beach Invitational

Indoor

• Won the weight throw with a career-best 18.54m (60' 10") at the BYU December Invite and took third in the discus (47.66m - 156' 4")
• Took first in the weight throw (18.15m - 59' 6.75") and fourth in the discus (46.24m - 151' 8") in the Cougar Indoor Invitational
• Placed second in the weight throw at the Air Force Team Challenge (18.27m - 59' 11.25")
• Threw a personal-best 15.09m (49' 6.25") in the shot put and won the weight throw (18.53m - 60' 9.5") at the Wildcat Open
• Finished seventh in both the shot put (14.86m - 48' 9") and weight throw (18.13 - 59' 5.75") at the Iowa State Classic

• Competed in the hammer throw at the NCAA West Preliminaries finishing 32nd overall (59.69m - 195' 10")
• Threw a career-record 61.19m (200' 9") to take second at the Sacramento State Open
• Took first in the hammer with a mark of 60.50m (198' 6") at the Weber State Twilight Meet
• Started the season finishing fifth in the hammer (55.87m - 183' 4") and eighth in the discus (47.89m - 157' 1") at the USC Trojan Invitational
• Placed fourth in both the discus (47.42m - 155' 7") at the Aztec Open and hammer (57.59m - 188' 11") at the Aztec Invitational
• Won the hammer throw with a distance of 59.89m (59.89m - 196' 6") at the UVU Collegiate Invite
• Took fourth in the hammer (59.24m - 194' 4") and seventh in the discus (46.06m (151' 1") at the Pepsi Invitational
• Finished eighth in the hammer at the Beach Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (59.94m - 196' 8")
• Won the hammer throw at the Robison Invitational (59.70m - 195' 10") while also taking 12th in both the discus (47.08m - 154' 5") and shot put (14.49m - 47' 6.5")
• Placed second in the hammer at the BYU Last Chance Meet (57.44m - 188' 5")

• Tossed a career-best 19.86m/65-2 in the weight throw at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge - No. 5 weight throw in BYU history
• Won the shot put at the Texas Tech Shootout with a throw of 17.00m/55-9.25
• Took third in the weight throw (19.84m/65-1.25) at the MPSF Championships
• Competed in seven meets during the 2019 indoor season

Outdoor

• Double-qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Rounds where he took 26th in the hammer (61.11m/200-6) and 40th in the discus (51.59m/169-3)
• Tossed a career-best 64.28m/210-11 in the hammer at the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate - No. 10 all-time at BYU
• Threw 55.46m/181-11 in the discus for a personal record
• Competed in 14 meets during the 2019 outdoor season
