Career Summary
Brandon Ogletree came to BYU as a first-team all-state defensive player from McKinney High School in Texas. He played in a total of 46 games with 33 starts while lettering all four seasons. He recorded 246 tackles as a Cougar and led the team in tackles as a junior and senior. Ogletree also added 22.5 tackles for loss, three interceptions, three forced fumbles and seven pass breakups to BYU's defensive drive. His 13.5 tackles for loss as a senior tied him for No. 52 in the nation. Ogletree was a strong contributor to the Cougars' No. 3 national ranking in total defense in 2012 and received several honors throughout his career.
