BYU takes to three separate meets this weekend

PROVO, Utah – BYU track and field takes to three separate meets this weekend, as many athletes make outdoor debuts for the Cougars.

Athletes will represent BYU at the Clyde Littlefield Relays in Austin, Texas, the UVU Invitational in Orem, Utah and the Aztec Invitational in San Diego.

Athletes to watch

Cam Dopp will run the 400-meter hurdles at the Clyde Littlefield Relays. The freshman had an eye-opening indoor season and recorded the eighth-best time in the nation (51.90) so far this outdoor season last week in his first 400-meter hurdle effort as a Cougar.

Sierra Hansen comes into the Aztec Invitational as the top-seeded attached pole vaulter. In the indoor season, the sophomore recorded a mark of 4.02, good for 67th in the nation.
