Senior Day Sell Out
PROVO, Utah -- BYU men's basketball will play its season finale on Saturday at 4 p.m. MST in the Marriott Center against Portland in front of a sell out crowd. The team will honor seniors Charles Abouo and Noah Hartsock in a pregame ceremony.
Abouo and Hartsock have helped BYU to three NCAA Tournaments, two conference titles and 110 victories in the last four seasons. Abouo holds the BYU record for consecutive games played and Hartsock is third all-time in blocks and has 1,000-plus career points.
The team will wear pink shoes to promote the fight against cancer and encourage fans to support BYU coach Dave Rose and the Children with Cancer Christmas Foundation in the Coaches Charity Challenge. Rose leads the West Region with the chance to advance to the final round on Feb. 27. The winning charity will be awarded $100,000. Visit ESPN.com/Infinit for more information about the Challenge and to vote for Coach Rose.
Fans can vote for Coach Rose every day. The final round will run from Feb. 27 to March 8.
