PROVO -- BYU’s home game with TCU on Tuesday, Jan. 18, will be billed as ‘Jackson Emery Night’ in honor of the senior guard breaking the program record for career steals.

Emery broke the 30-year-old steals record set by Danny Ainge when he recorded his 196th career steal at Utah on Jan. 11, a 104-79 Cougar victory. He currently has 197 steals and also joined the 1,000-point club during the Utah game when he scored his 18th, 19th and 20th points of the game on a three with 6:55 remaining.

Fans with the first or last name of Jackson will receive free upper bench admission tickets to the game (ID required). Go to the Marriott Center Ticket Office, and show ID to redeem your ticket. These discounts are not available online.

Fans that arrive early will have the opportunity to receive a commemorative poster honoring Emery and his steals record.

Tickets are available for the remaining seven home games. Purchase tickets by visiting the Marriott Center Ticket Office, online at www.BYUTickets.com or by calling (801) 422-BYU1 or (800) 322-BYU1.
