KBYU-TV to Rebroadcast BYU's Win at Utah

PROVO -- KBYU-TV has announced that it will rebroadcast BYU’s recent 104-79 victory over Utah three times between Jan. 14 and 17.

The No. 11/10 Cougars defeated Utah 104-79 on Jan. 11 in the Huntsman Center behind the efforts of their senior guards, Jimmer Fredette and Jackson Emery. Fredette scored 32 points in the first half, including a buzzer beating three just after crossing half court. He finished with 47 points to increase his scoring average to a nation’s-best 26.1 points per game.

Jackson Emery reached two significant milestones during the win. With a steal in the first half, he broke the BYU record for career steals with 196, surpassing the 30-year-old record set by Danny Ainge. Emery also scored 20 points in the victory to reach 1,000 career points, the 42nd Cougars to reach the milestone.

The game will be rebroadcast on the following dates:

Friday, Jan. 14 at 10:30 p.m.

Saturday, Jan. 15 at 9 a.m.

Monday, Jan. 17 at 9 p.m.
