PROVO -- Jackson Emery, James Anderson and Tyler Haws of the BYU men’s basketball team were named to the Mountain West Conference Academic All-Conference squad. All totaled, BYU led the conference with 215 members on the academic squad for the 2009-10 academic year.

Emery, a rising senior from Alpine, Utah, is a three-time MWC Academic All-Conference honoree while Anderson, a rising junior from Page, Ariz., was named to the team for a second time. Anderson owns a 3.27 GPA in information systems while Haws has a 3.26 GPA in general education and Emery a 3.22 GPA in finance.

In 2009-10, Emery was named to the All-MWC Second Team and the MWC All-Defensive team.
