PROVO, Utah – On Saturday, Sept. 16, BYU basketball hosted an alumni weekend in the Marriott Center Annex.

Coach Dave Rose and the current staff and team welcomed more than 100 former players, coaches and staff and their families. The morning began with alumni scrimmaging in the Annex, followed by the 2017-18 Cougars scrimmaging. The team and alumni then made their way to the Marriott Center floor for a lunch program.

Rose, his wife Cheryl, associate head coach Tim LaComb, former head coach Steve Cleveland and former All-American and current graduate assistant Lee Cummard all addressed the group, discussing the current program and the history and tradition of BYU basketball.

BYU opens its exhibition season on Oct. 25 with the Cougar Tipoff. The regular season begins on Nov. 11 at home against Mississippi Valley State.
