Toolson taking a leave of absence for medical reasons

HONOLULU – BYU coach Dave Rose announced Monday that sophomore guard Jake Toolson is taking a leave of absence from the team for medical reasons.

Toolson, a native of Gilbert, Arizona, has played in all 10 of BYU's games this season and started five. He is averaging 3.9 points and 1.6 rebounds per game.
