Boom Shakalaka: Fans in the Skills Competition

PROVO, Utah – As part of Boom Shakalaka: The BYU Basketball Showcase, we will select four fans to participate with the players in the Skills Challenge. Each team will include a player from the men’s team, a player from the women’s team and a fan selected from the following promotions.

On Thursday, Oct. 10, we will post a graphic to our Facebook page with all the information about Boom Shakalaka. We will select one fan from everyone that shares the graphic to participate in the Skills Challenge.

Show Us Your Skills

Post a video to Instagram, Vine or YouTube and share it with us using the hashtag #BYUhoops. Get creative, do a sweet drill, show us your jumper or your vertical. We will selected the two fans with the best videos to participate in the Skills Challenge. Something like the video below would be great.

Get In Line, Get Picked

Boom Shakalaka will start at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18 in the Smith Fieldhouse. Be in line before 5:50 p.m. that day, be enthusiastic and be ready to show us that you’re a baller and you’ll have a chance to be selected.
