Back in Black for SDSU game
The BYU football team was excited following its 66-14 victory over North Alabama on Saturday, and not just because of its strong overall performance to improve to 9-0 on the season for the first time since 2001.
After talking about the game in the locker room, head coach Kalani Sitake surprised the players by unveiling the return of BYU's black uniform for the team's game against San Diego State on Dec. 12 in LaVell Edwards Stadium.
On cue, injured team captain Matt Bushman appeared wearing the all-black uniform with royal blue trim that the team last wore in 2016 in Sitake’s first year as BYU’s head coach.
