• Finished fourth at the MWC Outdoor Championships in the 1500m (4:34.63)

• Placed third in the 3000m at the New Balance Invitational in 9:49.34
• Took 28th in the mile at the UW Invitational in a season best time of 4:51.34

Outdoor:

• Opened the outdoor season with a second place 1500m finish at the Aztec Invitational in 4:33.60
• Placed fifth at the Stanford Invitational in the 1500m (4:35.06)
• Recorded a season best time of 4:30.00 in the 1500m at the Sun Angel Classic
• Took first in the 1500m at the Robison Invitational (4:35.02) and BYU Twilight Meet (4:34.28)
• Finished seventh in the 1500m at the MWC Outdoor Championships (4:37.29)

Indoor: 

• Opened season with a sixth place finish in the mile (4:57.15) at the Blue and Orange Opener 
• Ran a career best in the mile (4:48.45) at the UW Invitational 
• Finished the 3000m in 10:00.34 at the New Balance Invitational to finish 11th 
• Crossed the line in 13th in the mile at the Husky Classic with a time of 4:49.32
• Ended season with a 15th place finish in the mile (4:50.39) at the MPSF Championships

Outdoor:

• Came in second place during the Weber State Twilight 800m final with a time of 2:12.84
• Finished off the season at the NCAA West Regional's 1500m quarterfinal in 21st place with a time of 4:32.55
• Nabbed third in the 1500m in 4:27.20 at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational
• Named a MPSF All-Academc Scholar-Athlete

Indoor:

• Began 2013 with a fourth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:57.05 at the Blue and Orange Opener
• Placed fifth as part of the DMR team at the Washington Invitational with a time of 11:32.13
• Finished 18th in the 3,000m with a time of 9:34.95 during the Husky Classic
• Concluded the indoor season with a ninth-place finish in the 3,000m at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a time of 9:33.07, a new personal best

Outdoor:

• During the Stanford Invitational, placed fourth in the 1,500m with a time of 4:25.40
• Finished third in the 1,500m (4:22.45) and 10th in the 800m (2:14.40) at the Mid-Major Challenge
• Placed 15th overall at the Mt. Sac relays in the 1,500m with a time of 4:24.51
• At the Weber State Twilight, finished first in the 800m with a time of 2:11.71
