• Took first in the weight throw (17.43m) and sixth in the shot put (15.35m) at the BYU Indoor Invitational
• Placed first in the weight throw at the Lobo Invitational, setting a new personal best with a throw of 18.66m
• Took seventh in the shot put at the Lobo Invitational with a throw of 15.54m
• Placed ninth at the Air Force Invitational in the weight throw with a throw of 17.13m
• Finished third in the weight throw at the UW Invitational with a mark of 18.06m
• Took seventh in the weight throw at the Air Force Collegiate Invitational with a mark of 17.50m
• Placed ninth at the MPSF Championships in the weight throw with a mark of 17.93m, also competed in the shot put

Outdoor

• Took sixth in the hammer throw (54.41m) and fifth in the shot put (16.07m) at the Trojan Invitational
• Placed 16th in the hammer throw with a mark of 50.51m at the Stanford Invitational
• Took first in the hammer throw at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner Kersee Invitational with a mark of 54.78m and fifth in the shot put (16.23m)

Indoor

• Won the weight throw at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational with a mark of 16.84m
• Won the weight throw (18.29m) and the shot put (15.42m) at the Wildcat Indoor Meet
• Took eighth place in the weight throw at the MPSF Indoor Championships with a mark of 17.79m

Outdoor

• Won the discus at the Mark Faldmo Meet with a mark of 51.21m
• Took second place in the discus (49.74m) at the Mesa Classic
• Took second in the hammer at the BYU Cougar Invitational with a mark of 53.00m
• Took third in the hammer at both the Mark Faldmo Meet (55.48m) and the Robison Invitational (52.88m)

• Earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors

At UC Santa Barbara

• Took third in the discus (43.82m) and fourth in the shot put (14.20m) at the Gaucho Roundup
• Placed fifth in the discus (44.91m), sixth in the shot put (15.05m) and fourth in the hammer throw (47.51m) at the Cal Poly Dual meet
• Took fourth in both the shot put (15.30m) and the discus (44.87m) at the USC Trojan Invitational
