Lettered four years in cross country and two years in track at Provo High School ... four year academic all-region in track and cross country ... first-team all-region in cross country, 1,600m and 3,200m ... placed 11th at 4A State Championships in 1,600m with a time of 4:30 ... top 25 in Utah for cross country ... 8th at USATF Nationals in cross country.

Sophmore Year 2007

Did not compete indoor due to injury ... competed in the 1500 meters at the Wildcat Outdoor Open at Weber State University ... Ran a season-best time of 4:05.85 in the 1500 meters at the Robison Invitational.

Junior Year 2008

Academic All-MWC ... in indor track placed first in the one mile at the Boise State Team Invite with a time of 4:30.40 ... in outdoor, ran the 1500m at the Willie Williams Classic in a time of 4:13.91.
