Born in Kahuku, Hawai`i...parents are Fatu and Logotaeao...older brothers Mark and Alema played for BYU...likes playing video games...recruited by Utah and Arizona St.,...majoring in sociology.

Lettered in football, basketball and track at Kahuku and Orem High Schools...played tight end, fullback and linebacker...all-state in football as a junior and senior...played for the OIA champions in Hawai`i and Orem High's 1995 state title team in Utah...threw the discus and shot put...coached by Paul Clark (BYU).

Named coaches' offensive back of the game against New Mexico...averaged 22.7 all-purpose yards per game...had his most productive offensive outing against Colorado State, rushing three times for 11 yards and catching four passes for a total of 48 yards, including a season-high 27-yarder...started six games for the Cougars at fullback.
