Before BYU

HIgh School - Redlands High won league football title three years with Billick playing quarterback and defensive back ... three letters each in football and basketball ... was named all-state ... school career record of 23 interceptions ... caught three in one game, 12 in one season ... was Kemper scholar-athlete. 

After BYU

Began his coaching career as a graduate assistant under LaVell Edwards at BYU in 1978 ... later coached at San Diego State (1981-85), Utah State (1986-88), Stanford (1989-91), Minnesota Vikings (1992-98) and was the head coach of Baltimore Ravens from 1999-2007 ... led the Ravens to a win in Super Bowl XXXV in 2000.

Sophmore Year 1974

Caught seven passes for 82 yards as a sophomore. 

Junior Year 1975

Was third in receiving with 19 for 207 yards and one TD ... very solid tight end as blocker and receiver ... one of the bright spots in the offensive line. 

Senior Year 1976

Was fourth on the team in receiving with 20 catches for 338 yards and one TD ... also scored on a two-point conversion ... named All-WAC first team ... also named honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press ... was drafted in the 11th round of the 1977 NFL Draft by the San Francisco 49ers.
