Born 7/18/71 in Nukualofa, Tonga...parents are Enele and Mele...plays extramural rugby at BYU and played at BYU-Hawai'i in 1993...older brother played rugby for BYU-Hawai'i...danced for two years at the Polynesian Cultural Center...served an LDS Church mission to Oakland, California...recruited by Cal-Lutheran and Mississippi Valley State...majoring in travel and tourism.

Before BYU

Lettered twice in both football and track at Kahuku High...ran the 300-meter hurdles...coached by Doug Semones (Cal-Lutheran).
