Was a part-time student at Utah Valley State College...played two years at Snow College...second team all-conference...his team won the Real Dairy Bowl in Pocatello, Idaho vs. Ricks College, 29-26...deep snapper his final year and led in receptions and scored six TDs.
Caught two passes for 41 yards in the spring game...started as the long snapper...missed much of the Tulsa game because of an ankle sprain...caught one pass for six yards against Arkansas State.
Started again as the long snapper...was coaches' special teams player vs. TCU...selected by the coaches as the special teams MVP.
