Jackson played defensive back and wide receiver at BYU (2020-22), appearing in 27 games for the Cougars. His career highlights include:

  • Eight tackles (three solo) and a pass breakup as a defensive back his senior year in 2022
  • In 2021, one of 26 players on the team to play in all 13 games, recording a career-high 20-yards receiving in a 24-16 win over Arizona that included a key seven-yard reception to convert on 4th and 5, setting up BYU's opening touchdown of the game
  • Played in eight games in 2020, recording six receptions on 22 yards with a season-long of 13 yards. Also had nine rushing attempts for 43 yards
