Had a 100-yard kickoff return against Utah State...had 14 returns for 398 yards before undergoing knee surgery midway through the season...still was among national leaders most of the year...rushed 20 times for 116 yards and two TDs.
Scored the key touchdown against Oregon...knee still injured.
Had a 25-yard kickoff return against San Diego State...returned three kickoffs at Oregon...returned three kickoffs against New Mexico for 55 yards...injured his knee at the Air Force Academy and recovered enough from the scope to play two games later.
