Parents are J. Spencer and Lynette...served an LDS mission to Louisville...married Heather Hamilton in June, 1988...they have a two-year old son named Braden...voice of some KBYU on-air promotions...graduated in April, 1991 in family science...started graduate school in organizational behavior.

Lettered in football, basketball, track and soccer at Davis High in Kaysville...led football team in scoring as a junior...was all-region in basketball...football team was region champ all four years...coached by Jim Dickson (Utah State).
Lettered as a second-unit defensive back with a pair of unassisted tackles...played special teams.
Played special teams.
Played on special teams...had four tackles against Colorado State...three tackles against New Mexico and was selected as coaches special teams player of the game...at Utah he had four tackles...and Texas A&M caused a fumble.
