Parents are Robert Davis and Kay Noble...married in July, 1986, to Amber Adams and they have a daughter...served an LDS mission to Columbia, South Carolina...recruited by Stanford, Northwestern, Hawai'i, Mississippi, Mississippi State, Oregon and Oregon State...majoring in communications.
Before BYU
High School - Lettered in football and baseball...coached by Chuck Maraldo at Branham High School.
Other College - Attended Ricks College for two years...was first team all-league both years...was second team JC All-American...league Defensive Most Valuable Player...and holds career interception record for Ricks College.
Started TCU game when Rodney Rice was hurt...diagnosed the following week as having Hodgkins Disease and returned a pass interception for a touchdown at New Mexico...earned most inspirational award for dealying surgery three weeks until Rice and Rodney Thomas returned to the lineup...recovery has been excellent...hoping to play in 1988.
