Robertson Daniel came to BYU as an All-American from De Anza Junior College in California. He lettered as a junior and senior while playing in 25 games and starting in 22. As a senior, Daniel took second place all-time at BYU for pass breakups in a single season. Daniel's 23 total pass breakups are tied for No. 1 in a career at BYU. He also registered 110 tackles and three interceptions as he proved to be a strong defensive player during his career. He was named to several All-Independent teams for his standout performances.   • Tallied four tackles, two pass breakups and an interception return for 32 yards against Virginia
  • Tied career highs in total and solo tackles against UCF with 10 and seven, respectively
  • Totaled six solo tackles and two pass breakups in loss to Nevada
  • Had his 10th pass breakup of the year against Middle Tennessee, passing his 2013 total of nine and passing Jernaro Gilford for third all-time at BYU with 19 (Official NCAA defensive statistics began in 2000)
