SAN MATEO, Calif. – For the first time this season, the West Coast Conference has selected a BYU women's tennis duo as WCC Doubles Team of the Week. Emilee Astle and Jacque Dunyon earned this week’s honor after a 6-2 performance at home versus the No. 1 ranked doubles pairing in the nation last weekend.

Astle, a senior from Sandy, Utah, has won nine doubles matches on the year and is currently 9-6. Dunyon, a sophomore from Huntsville, Utah has won eight doubles matches on the season and is currently 8-4. The tandem is 4-2 as a pairing in 2023.

The Cougars are 4-3 in conference play this season, returning to WCC play on Friday and Saturday with matches at Pacific and St. Mary's.
