The Athletes Journal: Taylah Beckman
BYU Athletics has published its third entry in The Athletes’ Journal—a new series featuring Cougar athletes telling their story in their own words.
Taylah Beckman, an Australian senior on the BYU women’s tennis team, shares her journey playing tennis as a child, choosing to attend BYU and how her life has changed during her time in the United States, including how she got baptized as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The Athletes’ Journal series will regularly feature the unique perspectives of BYU student-athletes throughout the year. The series will provide in-depth insight into the lives of members of BYU’s intercollegiate sports programs.
The Athletes’ Journal will be published monthly on the BYU Exposure Gallery and will be available at BYUCougars.com and via BYU’s social media channels.
