Eight players earn WCC academic honors
SAN BRUNO, Calif. – BYU softball placed eight student-athletes on the West Coast Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll for the 2013-14 school year.
Jenna Goar and Lauren Bell each earned Gold Honors (3.76-4.00), while Ashley Thompson and Carly Duckworth earned Silver Honors (3.51-3.75). McKenzie St. Clair, Lacey Millett Hofstedt, Coryn Tauali'i and Mercedes O'Connor earned Bronze Honors.
Honor roll honorees were student-athletes who averaged 12 credit hours, lettered for their team and earned a cumulative GPA for the year of 3.00 or above.
