Career Summary

Lauren Bell was a four-year starter in the infield for BYU, playing both shortstop and second base. She was a two-time WCC Defensive Player of the Year (2016-17) and All-WCC First Team in 2016 and 2014. Bell finishes her career in the record books eighth in at bats (648), eighth in runs (146) and ninth in hits (218). In addition to her success on the field, she received academic honors all four years. Each year, she helped her team win the WCC championship and advance to NCAA Regionals. In her senior season, she was part of one of the most successful season in program history, sitting in the top 25 for 12 weeks of the season, the most in BYU history. She was also part of the record-breaking 22-game win streak in 2017.
