Career Summary

Coco Tauali'i Bond held down the defense from third base for her career. She is tied for 10th on the all-time reached base streak record at BYU with 23. She also had a part in one of the two triple plays in BYU history. Bond received conference academic honors in each of her four seasons as a Cougar. In 2015, she was named to the All-West Coast Conference Second Team. She finished her career with a .242 batting average, 118 hits, 93 RBI and 22 home runs. Bond helped lead BYU to a conference championship and NCAA Regionals in all four years of her career.

• Enjoys the beach, laughing and hanging out with her friends
• Majoring in exercise and wellness
• Her sports hero is Chone Figgins, who plays for the Seattle Mariners

• Earned the Sportsmanship Award her freshman year
• Named Best Defensive Player in 2010 and 2012
• Named 2011 MVP and Team Co-Captain
• Team Captain and Athlete of the Year in 2012
• Made the Pioneer All-League Team all four years of high school
• Named All CIF-SS Div 3 First Team in 2010-11
• Was on the South Bay Athletic Club All-Area Team 2010-12
• Named the CIFSS Ford Academic Female Student Athlete of the Year
