Men Rank No. 4, Women No. 24 in USTFCCCA National Rankings

BYU indoor track and field 2021 USTFCCCA rankings

NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) has ranked the BYU men’s track and field program No. 4 in the nation and the women’s team No. 24 in the association's first ratings of the indoor season.

The men’s squad currently has five different athletes ranked in the top-5 nationally: Conner Mantz is No. 1 in the 3000m (7:47.50c); Caleb Witsken is No. 1 in the heptathlon (5,423 points); Dallin Vorkink is No. 2 in the heptathlon (5,375 points); Zach McWhorter is No. 3 in the pole vault (5.56m/18-2.75); Aidan Troutner is No. 4 in the 3000m (7:59.40c).

The women’s squad currently has four different athletes ranked in the top-15 nationally: Halley Folsom Walker is No. 5 in the pentathlon (3,821 points); Aubrey Frentheway is No. 9 in the 3000m (9:23.51); Jaslyn Gardner is No. 11 in the 60m dash (7.33); Mayci Torgerson is No. 14 in the pentathlon (3,549 points).
