SAN BRUNO, Calif. – Junior Kelton Hirsch was named to the 2019-20 West Coast Conference Men’s Golf All-Academic Team, the league announced Thursday.

A strategic management major, Hirsch earned a 3.7 GPA. In addition, teammates Austin Banz and Chad Hardy were both honorable mentions.

Hirsch posted two top-20 finishes during the 2019-20 campaign, his best finish coming at the Pate Intercollegiate where he tied for ninth.

At the conclusion of each athletic season, the WCC selects an all-academic squad for each WCC-sponsored sport. To be considered, a student-athlete must maintain at least a 3.20 cumulative grade point average, while also being a significant contributor to his team.
