BYU head coach Dave Rose
“It was a good win for our team. I think our guys consistently played well throughout the game. Number 22 (Jordan Romero) got away from us a couple times in the first half and made some big shots but I’m happy for some of the bench guys who got in and had big nights. It’ll help their confidence and it’ll help our team as well.”

“I’m really happy for Agui (Ambrosino) and Cory (Calvert) and for some of those guys who got a chance to get a feel here in the Marriott Center. They’re great players and they’ve had great careers where they’ve been and to be able to come and play well here, hopefully that’ll help us.”

On Agustin Ambrosino
“His biggest strength right now for this team is offensively he can stretch the defense and defensively he’s a pretty physical player, a good rebounder. We’re just looking for him and any player who comes off the bench, we’re looking for them to give us a lift, to come in and make positive plays for the team.”

Agustin Ambrosino on his role in tonight's game
“I think we shot the ball really well. The point guards were able to pass us the ball, which allowed us to score. I want to help the team win the game, whatever it takes. Coach tells me what to do and how to improve and I try and accomplish that. “

“They played really hard and we respect that. Coach gave us some minutes and I think that helped us gain our confidence for other games.”
