BYU Head Coach Dave Rose

“I can’t remember the last time we were double-teamed in the post. We got the ball out of the post and we were shooting too quickly. I said this a couple games ago – if teams want to double team us off the picks on our guards, that gives us a big advantage.”

“I am really happy with how we played offensively here. The game against Eastern Washington and coming into these two games it seems like the guys are playing with confidence and sharing the ball.”

“Our coaches did a great job with a quick turnaround. We needed to trust each other and not worry about what they were doing. At the beginning of the game we were really flying up and down the court.”

“I think we’re happy with how guys are coming along but I think there’s so much room to improve. We can get so much better defensively and as a rebounding team.”
