Game Preview

Depending on the results of the Las Vegas Classic, BYU will either face Nebraska or Tulsa in Orleans Arena. The Cougars have never played the Cornhuskers in program history.

Season Outlook

Nebraska finished 18-13 and 8-8 in Big 12 play, the first time the Cornhuskers have finished at least .500 in the conference in a decade. However, four starters will need to be replaced in order for head coach Doc Sadler to reach the postseason for the third straight season.

Seniors Sek Henry and Ryan Anderson are the only two players with who saw substantial minutes last season. Besides a tough schedule against perennial powers such as Texas, Oklahoma and Texas Tech, Nebraska will also host MWC member TCU and and Southern Utah.

Henry finished with 13 double-doubles on the season.
