BYUtv produced a series of features on members of the BYU men's basketball season throughout the 2019-20 season. Check out the Deep Blue with Alex Barcello below. Barcello transferred to BYU from Arizona and received a waiver to play right away in 2019-20. He started all 32 games and averaged 9.3 points, 3.1 rebounds and 1.8 assists. Barcello had one of the most efficient shooting lines in BYU men's basketball history, hitting 49.3 percent from the field, 48.6 percent from 3-point range and 87.9 percent from the free-throw line.
