Get to know Connor Harding, a freshman guard from Pocatello, Idaho. Through 12 games, Harding has started twice and averages 7.8 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists.

Why did you choose BYU? The culture at BYU, everybody gets along. The program where everybody has the same values and also want to win. 

When did you start playing basketball? I grew up around it. My brothers, my dad, everyone played basketball. I love competing in this sport.

What are your pregame rituals? I love meditating. Yoga time!

Who are your role models? I look up to my grandmother a lot. She reminds me of what is most important in life. She keeps me in balance with basketball and everything else.

What is your favorite basketball memory? Winning the Idaho state championship my senior year.

What do you enjoy outside of basketball? I am either with my family, or I go hunting.

Favorite movie? Batman: The Dark Knight

Favorite TV show? Prison Break

Favorite food? Steak

What is your favorite thing about BYU? Just the people. Everyone is so nice. The culture at BYU is unique.

What do you want to do when you're done with school and basketball? Probably start my own business, try to be an entrepreneur.
