Haws, USA defeats Sweden in WUG

KAZAN, Russia - Tyler Haws and Team USA defeated Sweden, 83-65, despite a slow start in the World University Games. 

Haws finished with one point and one offensive rebound, shooting 0 of 2 from the field and 1 of 2 from the charity stripe in roughly 7 minutes of play. 

USA struggled from the field, shooting 30 percent in the first quarter, but finished on an 11-0 run to end the half 37-27. Haws and his teammates never looked back as they took a 20-point lead late in the fourth quarter.
