Davies dominant in game one at Portsmouth Invite

PORTSMOUTH, Va. – BYU forward Brandon Davies and K&D Round's Landscaping opened the 2013 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament with a dominant 91-67 victory against Norfolk Sports Club.
Davies led the way with team highs of 16 points and five assists while adding eight rebounds, one block and two steals. He hit 6 of 8 from the field in 23 minutes of action. Five of his eight rebounds were on the offensive end.
K&D Round's Landscaping hit 37 of 71 from the field (.521), assisted on 22 of 37 buckets and out-rebounded the opposition 49 to 42.
Davies and K&D Round's Landscaping return to action on Friday at 7 p.m. EDT in the semifinals of the Portsmouth Invitational against Portsmouth Partnership. The winner will play in the championship on Saturday at 8 p.m. EDT. The losing team will play in the third-place game at 6 p.m. EDT.
