Player Notes
- Brandon Davies finished with his third-straight double-double this season and 20th in his career, tied for 14th overall at BYU, with 16 points and 11 rebounds.
- Matt Carlino finished with a season-high 28 points for his fourth 20-plus performance this season. Carlino tied his season-high for field goal makes and attempts on 10 for 17 shooting. He also went a perfect 5 for 5 from the free throw line for the second-straight game.

“We had the momentum going our way until we gave up a rebound when we were down nine, trying to answer back with some punches in the second half. Then that turned nine into 19 and we just go too deflated and off kilter after that one play. We just couldn’t recover.”
“Like I said at halftime, we can’t turn it over and we can’t give up offensive boards if we want to win on the road - especially here. We did a relatively good job of not turning it over although the exact difference in the game was the amount of points off turnovers.”
