Poinsettia Bowl Central is Cougar Nation's one-stop shop for everything happening during Poinsettia Bowl week. Check the information below for tickets, accommodations, events, attractions and more.

Fans encouraged to arrive early, ride trolley

POINSETTIA BOWL TICKETS
BYU has great ticket options available in the plaza, field, loge, club and press levels on the BYU side of the stadium. All tickets purchased through BYU directly benefit the athletic department, so Cougar Nation is encouraged to purchase online at BYUtickets.com or by phone at 800-322-BYU1 (2981).

Poinsettia Bowl tickets are $56 (plaza/field/loge) and $72 (club/press level), plus a $10 fee per order for shipping. General public bowl tickets will be filled based on the date of purchase. Tickets will be shipped through UPS to arrive on or before Dec. 13.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND ATTRACTIONS
The host hotel for BYU is the Hilton San Diego Bayfront.  The Hilton Bayfront has rates from $111 per night. Cougar fans traveling to San Diego for the game can access a variety of special rates and area attractions by clicking HERE.

Monday, Dec. 17

Team Day at Seaworld
Join the Cougars as they visit SeaWorld San Diego on Monday afternoon. Park hours are from 11 am – 6 pm.

Tuesday, Dec. 18

Team Day at the San Diego Zoo
The BYU Football team will visit the world famous San Diego Zoo in the afternoon on Tuesday. Park hours are from 9 am – 8 pm. Click HERE to get directions.

March Through the San Diego Gaslamp Quarter
Marching bands and spirit squads from BYU and SDSU will parade through the Gaslamp Quarter performing holiday classics and meeting up at Market Street for a heart-pounding Battle of the Bands!  Event is from 6-7 pm and is free to the public.

Wednesday, Dec. 19

Football Team Fireside
Join Coach Mendenhall and the football team for the BYU Fireside Wednesday night at the San Diego North Stake Center. Click HERE for directions to the stake center.

Thursday, Dec. 20

BYU Alumni Cougar Town
The BYU Alumni Cougar Town Tailgate Party will take place in the parking lot of QualComm Stadium from 2-4:30 pm. A pep rally will begin at approximately 3:30 pm and will Feature the BYU Marching Band, the Pep Squad and Cosmo.  The tailgate includes a Cougar Town meal, entertainment, games and face painting.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased in advance by clicking HERE. A limited number of tickets will be available on game day for $25. Alumni and all BYU fans are welcome in Cougar Town.

Poinsettia Bowl Pre-Game Show
The Pre-Game show kicks off an evening of fun at the Qualcomm Stadium with the marching bands and a Parade featuring children from the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Poinsettia Bowl Kickoff
Kickoff for the 2012 San Diego County Credit Union Poinsettia Bowl is set for 5 pm at Qualcomm Stadium. The game will be televised by ESPN.
