Houston Reynolds Suffers ACL Tear
PROVO -- BYU freshman offensive lineman Houston Reynolds suffered an ACL tear in his right knee during practice Friday morning. An MRI following practice revealed the injury.
Reynolds is entering his first year in the program after returning from a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The 6-foot-2, 303-pound Provo native has practiced at both guard and center positions during fall camp and has most recently been working with the second unit at right guard. He will have surgery and be out for the 2009 season.
