Fans are invited to join BYU Athletics on Halloween for a special trunk-or-treat event from 5-7 p.m. MDT.

The fourth-annual BYU Athletics Trunk or Treat takes place on Halloween in the parking lot between the Smith Fieldhouse and the Student Athlete Building.

Student-athletes and coaches from BYU football and other Cougar sports teams will be on hand to meet with fans and share Halloween treats and a fun-filled evening. BYU teams hosting the event also include men's and women's basketball, men's volleyball, gymnastics, softball, baseball, swim & dive and cross country and track & field.

Fans are encouraged to bring their families and dress up in their favorite Halloween costumes. Admission is free.

Parking for the event is available in Lot 37 just west of the Student Athlete Building and north of the Indoor Practice Facility (accessible at 1060 North and University Avenue).

Some BYU teams won't be able to participate due to conflicting travel and games. Among those, nationally ranked women's volleyball plays in the Smith Fieldhouse on Halloween evening immediately following the Trunk or Treat. Fans can stay and watch the No. 11 Cougars, who have been ranked in the top-25 poll for 100 consecutive weeks, take on Saint Mary's at 7 p.m. MDT.
