Fred Warner at the NFL Scouting Combine
PROVO, Utah – BYU linebacker Fred Warner will be looking to improve his draft stock at the 2018 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis this weekend.
Warner will have a chance to showcase his athletic talent and football skills on Saturday and Sunday. Warner is scheduled to participate in the bench press on Saturday and his remaining timed events and on-field workouts Sunday. He will also participate in team interviews with NFL personnel and other activities during the week.
The 2017 BYU team captain was measured at over 6-foot-3 and 236 pounds officially on Friday. His hand size was 9 and 3/4 inches, arm length 32 inches and wingspan 77 inches.
Warner started 42 of his 49 games at BYU. He totaled 264 tackles and added 32 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks and seven interceptions, including two pick-sixes. Warner also had five fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles and 13 pass breakups.
