Happy Thanksgiving from BYU Football
HONOLULU – Happy Thanksgiving, or as is said in Hawaii, "Hau’oli Lā Ho’omaika’i."
This Thanksgiving week BYU football is preparing to play the University of Hawai’i on Saturday at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu.
The team made the multi-time zone journey to Honolulu following the team’s practice in Provo on Wednesday. After a seven-hour flight out of Salt Lake City, the coaches and players arrived in time for a late dinner at the hotel and started adjusting to the 3-hour time change.
Breakfast, watching film and meetings started the team’s Thanksgiving Day before traveling to Farrington High School for practice. The team also got together to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel.
BYU will play Hawai’i on Saturday at 4 p.m. HST/7 p.m. MST on the CBS Sports Network.
